In 2005 4 young and talented norwegian chefs went to New York to cook on an event in Central Park. The chefs had a good time working together and the guest greatly appreciated the cooking. One of the guest was so enthusiastic he booked the 4 chefs for another event in Los Angeles. The idea of The Flying Culinary Circus was created.
Fast forward – the chefs have now travelled to over 60 countries all over the world. They have cooked in Cannes, Miami, Moscow, Saint Barth, Singapore, Cape Town and the list goes on. Royals, as well as celebrities like Shakira, The Black Eyes Peas, Pharell William and Eva Longoria has enjoyed the chefs culinary concept. As the chefs themselves say – “It’s not about how famous our guests are, it’s all about sharing the fun of cooking!”.
